Karan Darayanani
Data Fellow
Karan is a Data Fellow for Closed Loop Partners’ Center for the Circular Economy, the firm’s innovation hub that advances research, analysis and pre-competitive collaborations to accelerate the transition to a waste-free world.
Prior to graduate school, Karan was a Program Manager with Fashion for Good, where he built support systems for founders and developed multi-stakeholder collaborations between brands, funders and startups to scale solutions for the circular economy. Most recently, he was a Research Assistant at the Yale School of Management, exploring work in corporate governance for sustainability.
Karan started his career in a venture building role at Yunus Social Business, and holds an MA in International and Development Economics from Yale University, and a BA in the Social Sciences from Christ University, Bangalore
