Lynn Bernabei
Lynn is an Investor on the Closed Loop Growth Opportunities Fund supporting all aspects of the deal cycle from origination to due diligence and execution. She joins CLGO from Closed Loop Partners’ private credit vertical.
Prior to joining Closed Loop Partners, Lynn worked at Morgan Stanley as an Equity Research Associate covering North American metals and mining companies. Prior to that, she completed Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s rotational analyst program, where she rotated through teams in strategy, business development and fixed income.
Lynn holds an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA in international studies from the Lauder Institute of the University of Pennsylvania. During her graduate studies she completed a venture capital fellowship at Alumni Ventures and an internship at SPRK, a circular startup endeavoring to eliminate food waste from the global food supply chain. Lynn also holds a BA in economics from New York University.
Lynn serves on the Junior Board of Asia Initiatives, an organization that leverages the power of social capital to promote healthcare, education, and sustainable livelihoods in underserved communities.
