Andrew Firth
Center for the Circular Economy
Andrew is a Project Director at the Closed Loop Center for the Circular Economy, where he focuses on connecting strategy, technology and operations to accelerate the circular economy at scale.
Andrew brings nearly a decade of experience spanning waste management, recycling and sustainability consulting. Prior to joining Closed Loop Partners, Andrew spent four years at EY, where he led circular economy and decarbonization projects with Fortune 500 companies, helping them identify and realize value from sustainability initiatives. Previous roles including working for waste management companies as a recycling coordinator, bringing together businesses, waste collectors and municipalities to increase diversion while reducing costs for customers, and as an environmental programs manager, designing programs to increase food waste recovery, recycling and e-waste disposal.
Andrew holds a BA in Economics and a BA in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
