Trish Razunguzwa
Private Equity
Trish is an ICM Mosaic Fellow with Closed Loop Private Equity, the firm’s buyout private equity strategy. She is responsible for supporting the investment team in all aspects of the deal process including thesis generation, deal flow, pipeline development, execution and due diligence.
She started her career at Boston Consulting Group’s Climate & Sustainability practice, where she spent four years advising clients across the clean energy transition and the circular economy, most recently as a Project Leader. Her work included helping a state secure $45 million federal funding for grid technologies, supporting a green bank in structuring a $400 million clean energy and affordable housing vehicle, building a tire recycling business for an auto components distributor that recovered 3 million tires in its first year, and shaping a North American waste management company’s social impact strategy to unlock emissions reductions, landfill diversion and workforce co-benefits. While seconded at a global foundation, she also organized panels at COP27 and gained exposure to blended capital strategies across governments, investors and philanthropies.
Trish is an MBA candidate at the Wharton School, focused on climate finance and impact investing with a particular passion for the circular economy. She holds a BA in Economics and Development Studies from Brown University.
