Alicia Levine

Alicia is a strategic business and operational leader with 15+ years’ experience driving customer growth, revenue performance, and cross-functional alignment across startups, scale-ups, and multinationals in fintech, SaaS, and internet connectivity—particularly in emerging markets. She served as Chief Operating Officer of fintech Chipper Cash, where she helped drive the business to reach 5M customers (50x growth), and EveryLayer, an internet connectivity provider, where she managed key partnerships and a network of 1000+ connectivity points. Alicia also previously held Marketing roles at Twilio and Dow Corning.  

Alicia holds an M.B.A. from  the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
