Hena is a Summer Program Data Manager Intern at the Closed Loop Center for the Circular Economy, the innovation arm of Closed Loop Partners. She supports the team through data-driven research and strategic analysis for the Closed Loop Center’s work on bag waste reduction within the Consortium to Reinvent the Retail Bag.
Prior to joining Closed Loop Partners, Hena worked at Mathematica where she led data analytics, workflow development and technical documentation delivery across large-scale public sector engagements in energy, education and nutrition. Earlier in her career, she worked at a research think tank where she developed visualizations and analyses to communicate trends within the U.S. housing market.
She is currently pursuing her MBA at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. She holds a Bachelor of International Economics from University of British Columbia.
