Meredith is Director of People & Talent at Closed Loop Partners, and is responsible for recruiting talent while providing a stellar candidate experience and building an equitable, inclusive work environment. She also manages People strategy and HR administration, aimed at supporting employees through their career trajectory at the firm.
For the past decade, she has worked at early-stage startups in the tech space, building teams, systems and processes to scale business. Prior to Closed Loop Partners, she worked at PointCard, a Series A fintech company. Prior to that, she worked at Revel Transit, an electric vehicle sharing service.
Meredith holds a degree from Northeastern University.
