In 2015, she co-founded The Renewal Workshop, a groundbreaking circular business that transformed the apparel and textile industry by enabling product life extension and recommerce. After its acquisition by Bleckmann in 2022, Nicole led the development and execution of the company’s Circularity strategy.
Additionally, as a Partner at Cascade Circular, Nicole helps companies transition to circular business models. In 2022, she was recognized by Vogue Business as one of the 100 Innovators in Sustainability Thought Leadership.
Previously, Nicole held leadership roles in sustainability and social responsibility in the outdoor and cycling industries, serving as Director of Sustainability at prAna, Social Responsibility Manager at Patagonia, and Head of Human Rights at Specialized Bicycles. She played a key role in introducing Fair Trade Apparel to the U.S. market and has been recognized for her work integrating environmental and social responsibility into business strategy and global supply chains.
She earned a Master’s in Environmental Studies with a focus on Business Strategy and Sustainability from York University in Toronto, Canada.

Prior to joining Closed Loop Partners, Fatih was a Senior Associate at EKTA Partners, a boutique advisory based in London that raises growth equity for tech companies globally. Prior to that, he worked as an Investment Associate at Savo Project Developers and as an Investment Banking Analyst at HSBC’s M&A team in London.
Fatih holds a BA in Economics and Finance from New York University Abu Dhabi. He is currently pursuing his MBA at Columbia Business School.

With a focus on collaborative solutions towards achieving circularity, Cherish leads all outreach efforts and legislative oversight within Revolution. She currently serves on the Advisory Council of the US Plastics Pact, is a board member of APR’s Foundation for Plastic Recycling, the President of Western Plastics Association, and just completed a three-year term on the Executive Committee of the Sustainable Packaging Coalition amongst several other committees and associations. Cherish has a BA in Marketing and an MBA in Finance.

This role has enabled Tom to work with the entire recycling supply chain including brand owners, part designers, recyclers, resin producers, label manufacturers, MRFs, additive and equipment suppliers. He also leads Technimark’s innovation team responsible for identifying, evaluating and pursuing innovative technologies to bring value to Technimark’s clients. With over 38 years of experience in the polyolefins and thermoplastics industry working for resin producers, refiners, compounders and converters, Tom has a strong technical background and is a subject matter expert in polyolefins.
For over eight years, Tom has actively participated in the Association of Plastics Recyclers. He currently chairs the Olefins Technical Committee, participates on the Chemical Recycling working group, and was an active member of the Rigids Committee leading the Polypropylene Market Development working group. In 2022, Tom was elected to the APR Board of Directors. Tom also represents Technimark on the Healthcare Plastics Recycling Council.
Tom obtained his BS in Polymer Science Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and his MS from the University of Pennsylvania/Wharton School of Business in Technology Management. He is an avid runner and enjoys trail and mountain running.

Most recently, Amanda co-founded WYE Media, a web3 media company created around the successful NFT character called, Aku. Amanda leads operations and legal for WYE, in addition to strategic development. Prior to WYE, Amanda co-founded and served as the Managing Partner of the U.S. venture arm of a global single-family office platform. In that role, Amanda led investments in early-stage consumer and tech companies such as Enovix ($5bn+ Mkt cap exit), Gro Intelligence, Insightec, Carbon Direct, maude, Toucan, Repurpose, and Saie, among others. In addition to her duties at WYE, Amanda continues to serve on boards and is an advisor to several early-stage companies. She is also an active angel investor. Amanda began her career as a corporate lawyer at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and at Gibson, Dunn, & Crutcher LLP. She holds a B.A. from Indiana University and a J.D. from Fordham Law School. Amanda is a member of the Milken Institute’s Young Leaders Circle.

Prior to joining to Closed Loop Partners, Michael served 16 years as Chief Financial Officer of Canusa Corporation. Canusa is a diversified paper, packaging and commodities company that expanded organically and through affiliates into an international trading company and processor of recyclables. In aggregate, the units within Canusa’s broader sphere (Canusa Hershman Recycling, Newport CH International, etc.) now comprise one of the country’s largest exporters – consistently ranked in the top 10 largest shippers by number of containers. Today, the combined sales of the entities in which Canusa holds a significant interest approximates $600 million annually.
He is the Past-Chair and a current board member of The Children’s Guild that uses a philosophy called “Transformation Education”, to bring together unique educational programs, stimulating environments, and an integrated approach to help a variety of children become successful in life.
He earned a BA in Accounting & Finance from the University of Baltimore.

In this role, Michael manages RSF’s business development, oversees the relationship management team, and works with strategic lending partners. Prior to joining RSF, Michael worked at New Resource Bank (now Amalgamated Bank), a socially and environmentally focused lender where he supported organizations in various industries, and in recent years financed projects in the renewable energy space. He has a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Finance from NYU, and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Morehouse College in Atlanta.

Fred believes that business has the unique opportunity to complement its efforts on financial performance with important work in the social and environmental arenas. He has emphasized the key role business can play in building financial, social and ecological capital, often through partnerships with government and community agencies. Business and industry publications regularly feature his innovative management approach and work in advancing sustainability.
Fred recently completed 17 years as a Senior Visiting Lecturer at the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He served as an Executive-in-Residence at the University of Michigan – Ross School of Business. He was as a member of the U.S. Department of Commerce Manufacturing Council with two years as chair under Presidents Bush and Obama. Keller also served on the W.K. Kellogg Foundation Board for 14 years with two years as chair. Fred is a trustee for the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Foundation.
Fred serves on the boards of Paragon Die & Engineering of Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Balcones Resources of Austin, Texas. He has previously served on the boards of the Meijer Corporation and Fifth Third Bank, West Michigan. He is currently an advisor to several startup companies around the country. He has been active with many community organizations and change initiatives. He is co-founder and chair of Talent 2025, a catalyst for the development of an integrated talent system to meet employer needs throughout 13 West Michigan counties. He served as co-chair of K-Connect, a Kent County Collective Impact Systems Change Collaborative. A Grand Rapids, Michigan native, Fred earned his B.S. in materials science and engineering from Cornell University and
an M.S. in business management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Fred is an accomplished public speaker frequently asked to talk about the Triple Bottom Line culture he has instilled at Cascade Engineering, including their “Welfare to Career” and “Returning Citizens” programs. These programs have provided career opportunities for hundreds of employees formerly on welfare, or a second chance to those formerly incarcerated. His TEDx speech “Why Business, Why Now”, has been a common theme in many of his public speaking engagements. Fred believes that the power of collective business is the only force capable of solving the world’s toughest problems.

For over 15 years, Andrew has been leading the development of university-based startup companies. He is currently President of Enterprise Development Advisors, LLC, specializing in early-stage startup development. He typically serves as Interim CEO, COO or in Product and Business Development roles. Past responsibilities have included leading the startup incubators at both the University of Michigan and Michigan State University, Michigan’s two major research universities with a combined annual research budget of over $2B. He was also Managing Director of Early Stage Partners LLP, a $100M Midwest focused venture capital fund and was the founder of a manufacturing focused cleantech startup, Fusion Coolant Systems.
Earlier in his career, Andrew had extensive international experience in telecommunications with multiple startup companies across three continents. He has held leadership positions from founder to C-level at both private and publicly traded companies as well as serving as a board member on numerous public, private and non-profit companies.
Andrew is a graduate of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan where he received an MBA with high distinction. His undergraduate degree was in Electrical Engineering & Management from McMaster University, and he is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.
