Ethan is an Associate with Closed Loop Partners’ Leadership Group, the firm’s buyout private equity strategy. He supports the investment team in all aspects of the deal process including deal origination, execution, structuring, due diligence and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Closed Loop Partners, Ethan was an investment banking analyst at Solomon Partners, where he advised on sell-side mergers & acquisitions transactions across industry sectors.
Ethan holds a BBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
