Talia Jarvis

Prior to joining Closed Loop Partners, Talia was the Chief Legal Officer of CreateMe Technologies, an apparel technology company, where she was responsible for the company’s global legal, human resources and compliance teams. Talia has served as general counsel to several rapid growth tech startup companies and has deep experience building and leading global teams across corporate functions to optimize efficiency, enhance collaboration and facilitate achievement of business objectives.

Prior to her in-house roles, Talia was an associate at Latham and Watkins, where her practice focused on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions and general corporate law. Talia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and a law degree from the University of Houston School of Law (magna cum laude, law review).
