Wilson is a Mosaic Fellow with Closed Loop Partners’ Ventures Group, where he supports the sourcing of and investment in pre-seed through Series A companies advancing the circular economy. He brings deep experience in food and agriculture, nature-based solutions, and bio-based materials, and has expertise working with founders on new-product launches, go-to-market execution, and partnership development.

Prior to joining Closed Loop Partners, Wilson was a leader in McKinsey & Company’s Green Business Building practice, where he led teams to launch and scale sustainable solutions in collaboration with startups and incumbents. There he led the launch of a global regenerative agriculture program, now active in three continents. He also stood up a $40 million-EBITDA waste-to-value biofuels business. He has authored multiple publications on sustainable food systems and managed a multi-year food-security program with Chicago nonprofits during his time there. 

Wilson is pursuing an MBA from Stanford University and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
